ARTIST COLLECTIVE FOR MAKE UP FOR EVER (2020)

EVENT PRODUCTION, CONTENT PRODUCTION, CASTING, STYLING, CONTENT STRATEGY, EMAIL MARKETING

OBJECTIVE: Produce content highlighting the wide range of shades in our Ultra HD Foundation line while engaging with our makeup artists community.


We enlisted makeup artists from MAKE UP FOR EVER's community to join us on two days of production to create content for our Instagram page and their portfolio.

Our selection of makeup artists included industry professionals as well as Sephora employees that were selected through a contest to participate in this experience and be coached by our educators.

Born from a need for content, this initiative allowed us to create a networking event for key makeup artists in Montréal and increase their love for the brand.

I was the project manager for this initiative and handled the casting of makeup artists and models, contracts negotiations, styling, art direction, and the digital rollout of the project in addition to conducting the interviews, and designing the newsletters.


Each artist was featured in a newsletter that was sent to our database of 50.000 subscribers.


The content produced was featured on MAKE UP FOR EVER's global Instagram page.

This campaign allowed us to have content that resonated with our audience through the diversity of the casting. By giving the artists creative freedom supported by the Ultra HD Foundation we were able to showcase that the product is the key to achieving any makeup look, by providing the perfect foundation to build on, a key selling point.
